How do I get service for my Miatone?
When you send the product to us, we check which service is required. We repair it or replace it with a product that is new or equal to new in performance and reliability. If the product requires a different service than the one requested, we will contact you with more information. Before you request service, please register your product first.
How long does it take?
Service via us will take approximately 3-10 business days from the date we have received the product. If you request service through Amazon, you can ask for more information.
What are the costs?
After the technician has reviewed your Miatone product, he or she will confirm the total repair or replacement cost. Prices for damage, battery service, and lost Miatone products are for repairs performed by Amazon. Other service providers may have different prices and conditions.
